There were some wonderful green things at market on Saturday. The broccoli looked beautiful. I bought a bunch of basil to make a lovely Tuscan bread and tomato salad early in the week. The idea was forming in my mind. I have some kale in the fridge, and when I called in at Choku Bai Jo, they had lovely bunch of organic garlic chives and green chillis. The decision was made. I was going to make a lovely green tart of vegetable goodness.
