I recently discovered almond milk. I am quite fond of it and have found it to be very well suited to a couple of things; smoothies being one of them. I had intended to put a scoop of yoghurt in this, but discovered my yoghurt had seen better days. I still think it would be a good addition for the non-vegan among us.
Peel the banana and break into smaller pieces. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
