Today I tried my hand at baking #UroogMosul thinking the mini-wrapped-around-#quaileggs would be a lovely addition to an #Iraqi themed #HighTea should we do one at @Melat. A slice, zucchini slice size would make a great take away lunch item too, if vaked in a tray. #RecipeTesting #IraqiFood #lamb #bulgar#FrenchToast for #brunch today, my last at the beautiful #BarokaDowns. I topped it with the #rhubarb and #mandarin I roasted lastnight and a dollop of @fiveducksfarm #raspberryJam. #FreeRangeEggs from Quamby's in #HallsGap and #Sourdough #bread from @greatwesterngranary (made with #local #biodynamic #grain). Today is my last day at Boroka Downs and I'm a bit sad. It's beautiful here and I've had a wonderful time. From here on in I'm into bonus holiday days, but they're all further away from my beloved Halls Gap as I make my way slowly back home. #Gariwerd #EatLocalRoasting #locallygrown #rhubarb with the #mandarin from the fruit bowl at my accommodation and just a sprinkling of raw sugar-
